1. Automated data collection and processing
As with any website, our server automatically and temporarily collects and stores information in the server log files, which are transmitted by the browser, unless this has been deactivated by you (art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 GDPR). For example, these include the IP address of the requesting computer, the http response code, the website from which you visit us, the time of the server request, browser type, browser version and operating system of the requesting computer.
A personal evaluation of the server log files does not take place. These data can not be assigned to a specific person at any time. No merging of this data with other data sources will take place.
2. Data collection and the processing of data which has been communicated voluntarily
If you provide us with personal data by e-mail, via business card or via our website (e.g. name, first name, e-mail address, postal address) this is generally done on a voluntary basis. This data will be used to process your enquiries and will only be processed for the purpose for which you provided us with the data. Beyond this, e.g. for the sending of advertisements, we will only collect, process or use your data within the context of the statutory provisions or with your express consent (art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a GDPR). If you declare this consent electronically within the context of our online presence, we will observe the legal obligations to provide information and we will log your consent using suitable technical systems.
We assure you that we will not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly given your consent beforehand. Insofar as we use the services of third parties for the execution and processing, the provisions of the GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) are complied with.
3. Duration of storage
Personal data that has been communicated to us through our website will only be stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us, is fulfilled. Insofar as commercial and tax retention periods must be observed, the storage period for specific data may be up to 10 years.
5. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ('Google'). Google Analytics uses so-called 'cookie' text files which are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. We only transfer the full IP address to a Google server in the US and allow for it to be truncated there in exceptional cases.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services related to website and internet usage regarding the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by correspondingly setting your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all of the functions of this website to their full extent. In addition, you may prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie as well as data related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the plug-in available at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
6. Integration of Google Maps
On this website we use the Google Maps service. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly in the website and allows you to conveniently use the map feature.
