Encourage and challenge

Coping with challenges can be a formative experience, as long as the challenges are not completely overwhelming. For this reason, we stay at the side of our trainees at every stage throughout their apprenticeships. As their skills grow, so does the scope of their creative freedom.

Start your working life with FRAKO

The most important resource on which our future depends is our workforce of capable and motivated employees. That is why we actively encourage young people’s first step into their profession. We motivate them and make challenging demands on them all the way through their training. Their willingness to work, their fresh ideas and their own initiatives open up new possibilities for us as well. With dedicated instructors at their side, our trainees receive the best possible opportunity to develop their skills and secure good prospects for a career at FRAKO.

Commercial Apprenticeship (M/F)

Industrial products must not only be manufactured; they must also be sold. The manufacturing industry requires a wide range of materials, components, machinery and human resources. These need to be purchased, organized and administered.

The finished products are advertised and sold, and the markets for them must be cultivated. On successful completion of their apprenticeship, trainees can pursue a career in nearly all areas of commercial activity. These include the planning and control of manufacturing, processing of customer orders, cost accounting, estimating, financial bookkeeping, invoicing and arrears management, sales, purchasing, logistics and shipping.

Depending on their particular responsibilities, the men and women who have successfully completed this apprenticeship will interface with customers, banks, representatives, regulatory authorities, wholesalers or retailers; in short, a profession with many opportunities and a variety of functions.
